USAA member around San Diego now have a place to access the USAA’s products, services, face-to-face financial advice and the latest technological advancements, together with USAA’s world-class customer service.

Their financial center is serving the San Diego for business today. You can come into their office in Pacific Coast Plaza Shopping Center, 2178 Vista Way Suites E-5, Oceanside CA. It is located near the Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton.

In there, you can work directly with a USAA member service representative to open a checking account, have an auto insurance policy or get many other services such as financial planning, mortgage loans and life insurance. For those services, you can have videoconference with specialized USAA employees. You can also withdraw your cash and deposit your cash and checks into USAA banking accounts using USAA ATMs.

“This is our sixth face-to-face financial center in the U.S. and our first on the West Coast,” said David Bohne, president of the USAA Federal Savings Bank. “Response to our other five locations across the country has been terrific and we’re proud to now be able to offer our San Diego-area members the opportunity to use USAA’s advanced technology and to interact in person with our employees.”

If you need detailed, personalized financial planning advice, you can make an appointment with USAA Wealth Management advisors in the new center.

“Our financial centers give us a whole new way to understand our members’ needs and to provide personalized service and solutions when and where they need us,” said Jennifer Chavanne, manager of the USAA Financial Center in Oceanside.

The first USAA financial center was opened in September 2009 in San Antonio, Texas. A second place was opened there this year, together with centers in Killeen, TX, Colorado Springs, CO and Annapolis, MD. They are planning to open more centers in concentrated military areas in the coming months.
