Mediation is not requiring an attorney and is not so expensive than arbitration.

3.    If a solution using a mediation is not reached, use the arbitration and then put your case. Employ a lawyer and give your case to her, provide the contact information of all witnesses as well the evaluation from  the appraiser. The one who oversee arbitration that involve auto insurance is also an auto appraiser, and often called as an “umpire”. The work to make a final decree about the claim as well to review the appraisals is the job the umpire. Whatever the rules goes from an umpire, arbitration is binding.

4.    If the insurance company deny to pay after arbitration, then take them to court.
